The Cyrus internal databases.  Eg:

$ grep _db /etc/imapd.conf
ptscache_db: skiplist
duplicate_db: skiplist
statuscache_db: skiplist
tlscache_db: skiplist

You likely also want to upgrade to a more recent version of Cyrus.
