We track all of the bugs / feature requests in Bugzilla. This is mostly because we are pretty forgetful and it helps us track issues specifically.

If an issue is sent to cyrus-bugs@andrew.cmu.edu (or another one of the CyrusMailingLists) that we can't deal with immediately, we'll generally post it to Bugzilla so we don't forget.
